This helps you understand what the needs of your target audience are and how you can come up with ideas that focus on the user experience. From Research to Persona and Customer Journey, and from Ideation to Prototype and Usability test.

Target group training / workshop 
Ideal for everyone who has to deal with innovation and optimization of (digital) products and services: Marketing, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Designers, etc. etc.

Content training / workshop:
On the first day, Marnix gives a clear Introduction to Design Thinking,
Next, with a practical case in hand, we get to work with Research, Persona and Customer Journey interspersed with best practices, discussion and examples.
You are welcome to come up with a practical case from your own practice, or to choose one that is presented by the other students or by the trainer.
Afterwards he tests your knowledge in an online test and gives a research assignment home.
After two weeks we look at how we can work on ideas and results from the built-up empathy. We cover the phases Brainstorm, Idea selection, Sketches, Prototypes and User test. Again by doing it yourself interspersed with best practices, discussion and examples.
Afterwards you go home with elaborated and prioritized prototypes tested and tested, and you can prove by a short online test that you are the Design Thinking process master.

Day 1: Introduction to Design Thinking, Research, Persona and Customer Journey

In the intervening 2 weeks:
• Homework assignment: (Market) research: 1 to 2 hours

Day 2: Ideation, Prototyping and Test
