Exam stress is an unavoidable part of a student’s life. At times it is difficult to deal with it. 
However a little stress is a good thing because it motivates us to work hard.
Exam stress levels can be unmanageable. It can stop you from performing your best. So it's important to look after it and get it back under control.
Here are 4 easy ways that can help to disperse stress and make exam season a little more convenient.

1. Exercise!!!

No other way can be more de-stressing than physical activity, be it swimming, walking, dancing or jogging.

2. Get your 8 hours SLEEP

Sleep helps your brain to cement what you’ve learned. So it is always a good idea to study before bed.

3. Fuel your Brain

Have a lot of fresh fruits and proper food especially dark chocolate. (yes, you read it right!!) Dark chocolate enhances your concentration levels. Limit your caffeine intake as much as possible!

4. Plan a Study Routine

Planning a study routine has always been benefited to students. Also, you can have a reward system like watching an episode of your favorite show after a couple of hours of study or enjoying a few snacks after focusing for 30 minutes or even something more exciting.

Remember, stress happens for a reason.
