While making this work I was inspired by the Suprematism style, in particular by the book of Vasily Kandinsky "Point and Line on the Plane" and by Kazimir Malevich paintings.

According to Kandinsky, the main, as well as the initial element of painting is the point.
Red is a communist color in the Russian Suprematist art of the early 1920s - militant and revolutionary.

In my work, I sneer at the heaviness of the philosophy of Suprematism, spoil the ideal of the circle, rumple and crumble it.

The minimalism and simplicity of the lines of Suprematism transforming into the tridimensional space acquires new facets and outlines.

The red color dims, as if it’s rotten, unclean, the color of meat and blood - the reverse side of revolutionary actions in any country, but it remains shining and still attractive.
