Folio House - Fruition Properties

Folio House is a new residential development in the vibrant district of Bermondsey, London.
Taking inspiration from the heritage of the site as an old print works, we worked with the client on a new name for the building, and the design of core marketing literature. As part of the campaign, we enlisted a lifestyle journalist to interview local businesses and stakeholders as a way of bringing to life the story of Bermondsey and what it will be like for future residents to live there.
