Taiwan's unique geographical, climatic and geological conditions contain rich biological species. With the uniqueness, diversity and conservation of Taiwanese animals, we will let everyone know the characteristics and importance of Taiwanese animals and open up interest in world exploration. Recognize animal ecological conservation and environmental education, and initiate positive actions to protect all animals together and bridge the gap between humans and animals. National Geographic’s road-running activities seek to do their part for species diversity. The activity vision uses the animal's headgear as the illustrator theme. The people who love animals and identify with the concept of nature conservation are invited to run together for Taiwan's wildlife, ecological environment and their own health by dressing up the animals and returning to nature. The public can assess the ability to choose different kilometers, so that runners can enjoy the process of participation.
臺灣獨特的地理、氣候和地質等條件，蘊含了豐富的生物種類，藉由臺灣動物的特有性、多樣性和保育等議題，讓大家了解臺灣動物的特色與重要性，並打開對世界探索的興趣，認識動物、生態保育與環境教育，引發積極行動，一同守護所有的動物，為人類與動物搭起橋樑。（取自國家地理）
國家地理發起的路跑活動設法為物種多樣性盡一份心力，活動視覺以人物穿戴動物頭套為插畫主題，藉由裝扮動物回歸大自然，邀請熱愛動物與認同自然保育觀念的民眾，一起為台灣野生動物、生態環保以及自己健康而跑，民眾能評估能力選擇不同公里數，讓跑者都能享受參與的過程。
