Albarda
Albarda is a luxury residential complex located in San Pedro Garza García, México. Designed by Duda Paine Architects, the building is surrounded by a landscape that portrays the stunning mountains of the Sierra Madre.
Communal was asked to name the complex, design its brand identity and to develop a complete signage and way-finding system for its visitors.
The marble and wood interiors give the areas a warm and welcoming feeling so we selected a group of materials that could merge with this environment but that will also work in our signage system.
The majority of the system's signs are made out of brass, displaying a simple and elegant typeface, but we also included corian, steel, and aluminum with powder coating and silk screened graphics.
