ABOUT THE CLIENT
Phoenix Brighton is the largest artist-led arts organisation in the South East of England. Press & Release Artists’ Book Exhibition is a six week show held at Phoenix Brighton that celebrates the rich and multi-faceted world of artists’ books and self-publishing, with a focus on hand-made and limited edition books, and experimental formats. It places books into an imaginative, purpose-built installation within a gallery setting, and encourages visitors to linger and browse.
DESIGN BRIEF
To design an A3 poster incorporating my speculative illustration of a print press as used in the Press & Release leaflet. The poster design also had to encorporate the show title, show dates, assosiated logos, credits and website links.
