Centrum Południe - the newest SKANSKA investment is being developed in the southern part of Wrocław. This time our challenge was to create a visual identity, construction catalogue and the fence around the construction site. While designing the logo, our aim was to highlight the essential features of Centrum Południe. The yellow pin relates in the first place to the location of the new business centre - the sunny south of Wrocław.

This time our challenge was to create a visual identity, construction catalogue and the fence around the construction site. While designing the logo, our aim was to highlight the essential features of Centrum Południe. The yellow pin relates in the first place to the location of the new business centre - the sunny south of Wrocław.
A catalogue promoting the investment should above all be informative and present to the future tenants all the amenities and the latest solutions applied in the building. It should also outline the atmosphere of the planned investment. Partly for this reason we have chosen for printing ecological and certified Remake and Munken papers that emphasise the importance of ecology and sustainable development for SKANSKA. We have used various printing technologies such as: offset printing, screen printing (on the cover and inside tracing paper), and digital printing on tracing paper.
