ЦК19 is a cultural centre in Novosibirsk, Russia. ЦК19 goal is to create a space for the dialogue and evolvement. ЦК19 brings Siberian art scene into an international community, and presents foreign art in a local context. Here they organise educational and musical programs and exhibitions.

Logo and Identity system for ЦК19 is a play with communication. Letters and digits in the title can be arranged in a number of different sequences: from legible to hieroglyphic looking compositions. Assembled in different combinations, they create bits of words and meanings. This idea represents the complexity of artistic dialogue and need for decoding.

Digits are used in the title of the centre, there are also a lot of dates and times of events that must be stressed visually. This is why we decided to make digits the key element of visual identity, and made them into a custom font for convenience.
