Nina is a series of gourmet food in which dishes the most important ingredient is chocolate. Eating chocolate increases the amount of serotonin, which result is a greater sense of happiness. Chocolate makes us happy.
Driven by this discovery the naming was created from the word Serotonina (serotonin in Spanish) and modifying this word to become not only a naming but a woman’s first name.
