Verto Opt Gear
iPad case packaging design + Presentation material
I was approached by Opt Gear to design the packaging for Verto; their new versatile iPad case. The strength and uniqueness of this design was based on its swivel lock and clam component that would secure the iPad within its leather case.
I decided to package the case using clear acetate, overlaid with an outline of the clam and component in white. This gave the product a distinctive aesthetic and showcased the product rather than hiding behind a closed box like most of the other packaging designs used by other iPad case brands at the time.
