Rodger Bannister was a British middle-distance athlete, doctor and academic who ran the first sub-4-minute mile. A realtor in Montclair, NJ who is a huge running fan wanted to name his realty company after Rodger. At first I thought the idea was a little wacky, but then realized that since this is his passion, what better way to create a company then with something you love.

I then proceeded to use the idea of speed to help me come up with a visual language for the brand, including the colors and design. The logo works in two ways, spelled out and as a mark.
