Branding for an in-house actuary team of Aviva, an insurance company.

General Insurance Actuarial will be represented by the symbol of an eye as they foresee risks by looking into and analyzing the past, present and future.
In ancient Egypt the Eye of Horus was a symbol of protection, royal power and good health.

In various Mediterranean and Asian cultures a blue eye is used as a good luck charm to protect and prevent bad luck and a series of negative emotions.

The eye symbol also includes a greater-than sign because Actuaries work hard for a better and improved future for the company.
