Milky Way Property Enterprises is a newly established company in Perth, Western Australia.
It commenced it's operation in April 2012. The company's core activity is to buy and add substantial
value to residential real estate through property development.
The creative rationale for the company's logo and branding came about from the client's idea of using galaxy and space elements as the initial platform for creative ideas. From there, I made arrangements and designed a series of logos that best depicts Milky Way's core business.
The logo depicts a house (representing a property) being completely 'renovated' through the use of curved lines which represents a revolving and constant change from something old to brand new. The curved lines was actually inspired by planet Saturn and Uranus rings which links back to space elements.
As for the branding colors, it was more of the client's personal choice.
