Created for the all-female exhibition “BANG BANG POW” at Contorno Urbano Gallery in L'Hospitalet, Barcelona, this series of Posca marker drawings showcases the strength of female artists and the power that yields with the creation of art. Armed with pencils and spray cans, the female figures wield their artistic “weapons” with vigor and energy, ready to battle with paper and walls. They are girl-power warrior princesses, depicted in shocking color and exaggerated form, together inhabiting their own playfully artistic universe.
