Session is an upcoming workout app that aims to revolutionize how people exercise. Their programs were created focusing on body-weight exercises
and basic equipment, so that their clients are able to exercise anywhere,
with simplified effort and without excuses.
Session's workouts were created focusing on body-weight exercises and basic equipment only (dumbbells, kettle-bells, med balls) so anyone can exercise anywhere and simplify the going-to-gym process.
The app will have a free plan, including random workout sessions filtered by muscle group or intensity, and a paid plan, which will include 1-on-1 coaching and a wide variety of workout programs.
Session targets youth in the 20-35 age segment, people who are both avid social media users (their advertising strategy actively implies Instagram ads) and present a genuine concern about their health and fitness.
Nonetheless, another target segment for Session are the people aged 35 to 50, whom the company wants to prove that they don't need to go to the gym to stay fit and healthy.
Session is ultimately a fictional project, rendered from a conceptualization exercise called Monthly Design Logo Challenge by Lucas Fields, a great Brazilian graphic designer who was kind enough to share his knowledge with the community and push us to exercise client-less work more often.
