The concept of pinhole camera has been used to express the idea of “Freedom Is an Illusion” for the LGBTQ community (with the focus on transgender community). Due to various shackles faced from the loved ones to where the hypocrisy is at its brim shown by the so called 'modernizers' of our society, this unprivileged section is derived of their self and are forced to choose the path of self-denial just to make peace with the society and get accepted by them at all the terms. But internally, their portrayal viewed by the society is totally contradictory to who they actually are. They have to act as who they are not, and at the same time, conceal who they actually are which is not at all correct for a well- constructed self identity. This in turn makes them forget who they actually are in the process of pursuit of acceptance from the society. It is time that we realized that every individual on this planet has equal rights and privileges, and follow the policy of “live and let live.”
