Scream

This was the UI/UX designed for a website, SCREAM, that uses the pitch and loudness of the human voice to create the art work based on the action painting technique inspired by the work of the artist Jackson Pollock (Expressionism). The visual language is inspired by Expressionism.

The user is required to make use of the headphones or the microphone of the device available. Having done that, they need to pick maximum of three colours in order create their artwork. Once the canvas is available, the user can interact through his voice. The general concept is that of leveraging the human voice as input to paint onto a canvas on the display screen of your device. The microphone available captures the voice. The expressiveness of the brush depends on two features: the pitch and the volume of the voice. The pitch of the voice determines the length of the stroke whereas the volume determines the thickness (or density) of the stroke.

It includes only a part of the entire project.
