I've considered two concepts closely linked to the history of the club: Boavista as a champion and its tradition.
My first proposal focuses on Boavista's checkered patterns, their brand image since 1993.
This element was the basis of the official equipment of Boavista in season 00/01 when it was crowned national champion and later made itself known to Europe as the club in "weird shirts".
My second proposal aims to honor the tradition of the club, without losing the present elements. The black sweater and shorts is based on the initial equipment of The Boavista Footballers.
At the same time, the black color of the equipment intended to reflect the sentiment of outrage of a club that, for five seasons, was demoted to lower ranks.
The black panther (which is the club's mascot), is also present in the shirt, symbolizing the strength of the club for a new and successeful future.
