When Did Caging Immigrants Become the Art of the Deal?

Statement:
The purpose of this design is to integrate it as part of a campaign of materials and serve as a significant 'voice' for immigrants within the United States. The theme of borders migrants and refugees derives from the on-going topic of the "Illegal immigration crisis," a topic built upon misleading information spread throughout the public. With the complications of U.S. immigration policies continue, do some Americans genuinely believe that building a wall would cease the immigration crisis?

Production:
The original concepts were simply red bars and contrasting typography, though each of the ideas were either too abstract and or obvious. My ideation of "When Did Caging Immigrants Become the Art of the Deal?" was based on immigration supposedly being a "revolving door." However, with the recent news on detaining immigrants, inspired the duality of the American flag serving as a symbol of freedom and imprisonment.
