A triangular vowel pattern in the pavement, marks the current residual space on the corner of the building block between Gerestraat and Geregracht. This is the footprint for an extra volume, which will end the existing building block appropriately. The impact on local residents is minimal, due to the free, northern location of the new plot.

The property is small (45 m2), but spacious. In the narrow spaces the height is emphasised with voids and stairs are deliberately not stacked, so that the experience of the space is optimal. By programming the living spaces on the floors, the resident has more distance and privacy with regard to the traffic junction with the Levendaal.

The facade on the Gerestraat, opposite the cruel poem by Chris Abani, is clad in rusted steel panels. The other facades on the Geregracht are clad with gold-colored aluminum panels. From the sharp angle, the glass section offers a generous view of the surroundings.
