Vanier College, founded in 1970, is well-known for its caring and welcoming environment. Vanier's faculty and staff treat students as distinct people; helping each identify and attain his/her academic, career, and personal goals. Vanier consistently offers students and staff the facilities and services of a large institution coupled with the accessibility and warmth of a small community.
 
Each year, for the last 10 years, K10 art+design (K10) has been hired to collaborate with Vanier's communications department to best represent Vanier's unique culture. In the beginning, the college had a very rudimentary way of presenting information to its future students and supporting schools. We evolved together to best implement the Vanier brand and to set forth tools to attract its future candidates.
 
The 2012 campaign reflects our favourite collaboration with the college. The strategy includes various print collaterals, however, the main tool was the annual Prospectus. The medium was as important as "the look" and had to appeal to the taste of young adults. K10 used a Magazine format that not only identified the school and its programs, but showcased passed alumnus' stories in an editorial fashion– making it a place with which anyone could relate.
