This is a sausage griller with a conical spiral male and female plate desiogned to drain oil away from the sausage towards a drainage point. The product basically works the same as a sandwich toaster and the final product will be sold withinterchangeable  standard flat plates, griller sizzle plates and waffel maker plates.
