Wine Connection, the leading chain of wine shop and wine-themed restaurant in South East Asia, had a challenge. Their F&B online sales have been stagnant despite reaching to many customers every month in their outlet. They came to us with a challenge to deliver an offline online conversion campaign that would drive an increase F&B post campaign, double the email subscribers and e-store sales.

We launched a two phased strategy; Phase 1 - Acquisition Phase to give out a free glass of wine as an incentive for the customers to sign up for it. Phase 2 - Activation Phase objective is to drive online sales. We convert subscribers into online store customers by targeting audiences in social media and digital ads. We featured different wines for different occasions, genders and seasonality.
