The concept for CORE was created through my research into the student culture and the effects of alcohol abuse has on them, from this I read multiple stories that resulted in the persons becoming endangered or causing themselves and others harm through excessive consumption. Having the idea to connecting these people with safety elements would help with informing students of the dangers whilst having a fun and social time.
The objective for this app was that I wanted to create a safe place for students and other like minded individuals to go out and have a safe experience, making sure there are elements in place so that the dangers are greatly reduced. Bringing people in with the vibrant and active colours and offering a social experience through music, atmosphere and the latest deals in the local venues does not give off that big brother vibe of being watched by your parents but just having that safety net there for when things go wrong.
