After a year of dating, Toby is ready to propose to Belle! Shilla Duty Free approached CDS once again to do the comics for the script they've already writtened. This time, we went with a simpler, webcomic art direction and the comics are arranged in squares so that it can easily be formatted for Instagram.
Episode 1
After all of his travels and daring feats, Toby finally realised that he has yet to take on one of life's biggest adventures, proposing to Belle. He wanted to surprise her, so Toby thought of the best plan to slip away and took Belle to shop at her favourite store. After excusing himself, Toby hunted around the airport until he found a beautiful diamond ring. He knew instantly that she would love it. Toby returned as the unsuspecting Belle was still shopping. Looking at her, he knew that he will forever be captivated by her feline charms. It was the purrfect moment. One that Toby wanted to remember for as long as he can.
Episode Two
Toby takes a deep breath and approaches Belle, who greets him with that warm infectious smile that never fails to enchant him. This is it. Yes, this is the best decision he has ever made. Together, they finish their shopping and set off for Korea. As soon as they drop their bags at their hotel, they begin their grand tour around Seoul: the historical Gyeongbuk Palace, the famous Namsan Tower and finally the Myeongdong Shopping District. They both enjoy the city in an unhurried spirit of delight--very much like the couples in their favourite Korean dramas! There really is no better place to share this moment with the love of his life, Toby thinks to himself, as he secretly captures the loving moment. *Click*

Episode Three
Their visit to Korea had been breathtaking and memorable thus far, and Toby's heart was full given all that he and Belle had experienced together. But as he turned to her, he noticed that she was oddly silent and withdrawn. Had she not enjoyed all the different places they had visited together? With concern, he asked what was wrong, yet Belle seemed hesitant to reply. In the end, she tried to assure him that she was just feeling tired and nothing more. But deep inside, her heart was breaking - had Toby truly forgotten their first anniversary? 😔
Episode Four
As Toby puzzled over Belle's odd behaviour, it suddenly hit him - did she think he had forgotten their anniversary? Had his efforts to keep the big surprise a secret gone too far? He knew he had to act quickly, so Toby shyly excused himself under the guise of getting them drinks. He had to make things right, and he started by secretly getting her a bouquet of roses at the Hwagae Market. This was it - the moment Toby had been preparing for this entire trip. He could feel his heart pounding in his chest as he sent her a message asking her to meet him. It was time. Tap the image to read on!

Episode Five
Belle spotted Toby from afar as she arrived at the meeting place. She excitedly called out to him, but Toby was left speechless as feelings of nervousness swelled up upon seeing her. Again, this left Belle feeling even more confused at his behaviour. Was Toby ignoring her? But as she drew closer, all her fears washed away as she saw what Toby had arranged. On the ground was a message of love made of rose petals, matching the bouquet that he held in his hands. This scene brought a tear to Belle's eyes - he hadn't forgotten after all!
Episode Six
Toby flashed a warm smile as he revealed what he was carrying. Of course he hadn’t forgotten their anniversary - and to help celebrate things he had put together a scrapbook commemorating some of their most memorable experiences together. As he leafed through the pages to show Belle how much their time together had meant to him, it was then that he finally asked the big question - he asked Belle if she would marry him. Without hesitation, Belle said yes with all her heart. It was a picture perfect moment - something else that would go in the scrapbook of memories. Toby and Belle were engaged!
