Unirac basically had a problem of scale - how to scale the reach of its sales team, and how to provide support for installers in the field.
Our solution was to develop interactive animations that could walk-though the installation process. Installation time, along with overall quality and cost of maintenance, is a major factor for installers when recommending solar systems to customers. Unirac had invested significant R&D to deliver market leading installation.
Solution
Our solution was to provide mobile apps that would walk installers through the installation process in the field. Using a QR code the installer could pull up the installation walk-through for any Unirac system.
Content was re-purposed for use in trade show presentations, as well as for web content. By planning ahead we were able to make best use of the content and assets that we had created, getting maximum value for investment.
