Freetrade is a free stock investing app that makes it easy for anyone to invest with no fees. Breaking that barrier to create not only a clean UI but one where the functionalities allows its users to understand trading, Freetrade built a 60,000+ list of people on its waiting list.
My aim for this was to try add new technologies to such a fintech app. By introducing a section for weekly videos and news can help engage users within the app and help them gain a further keen interest in finance and investments. I added a section specifically for that - think YouTube but for everything to do with finance.
When investing in different countries around the globe and where heavy data is a big factor how can we incorporate this into an interface that bring in Augmented Reality? I therefore decided to design a concept of a Dashboard where their users can view Live feeds of such financial data, to their current investments and a 3D map of the world to see where they have invested in.
I stuck to their brand colour themes across the designs and incorporating their current minimal interface.
