As the Content Manager, a big part of my role is in managing our social department and planning content for these channels.
Alongside regular posts, I write the copy for our ads, social posts, product posts and Instagram stories.
#ProudlyPrinted is an initiative that I created, to help us create a UGC strategy. Printed.com was already undertaking a weekly feature, known as 'Friday's Favourites', however, I wanted to grow this space.
We created a hashtag and asked our customers to tag us in, for a chance to get featured over on our blog, and in our weekly stories roundup. With numbers growing, this simple content strategy has opened up many avenues for interviews, spotlights and is the beginning of our influencer marketing campaign.
