This young couple just bought a 1940 duplex in the heart of Montreal and was looking to transform both units into more opened and refreshed living area. All the renovation have been focused on ecological and sustainable materials and technologies even with a modest budget.

For the Unit #615, choice as been made to remove 5 walls to let the original massive fenestration revealing the new open plan. All day long, the natural light can now fully magnify the functional and generous open space regrouping the kitchen, the dinning area and living area.

The application of ecological and sustainability as been push even further by creating different custom furnitures made of reclaimed wood used during the renovation.
