For this project, I was given the theme “Using digital technology in graphic design”. I think I’ve met the task for this project. Because I used annotated studios and showed a range of graphic design software. I also developed my ideas with various colours and images. I have created final outcomes in response to my own brief and used different techniques of Photoshop on my outcomes. For example, I used “Bevel & Emboss” for the typography and controlled contrast and brightness with “Adjustment” tool. To create my final outcome, I tried to use different techniques and materials of art as I have sketched the primary sources for my album cover. My final outcome was influenced by ‘Non Format’ and ‘Peter Saville’ as using drawing and painting. In conclusion, this project is successful for me because I have learnt different techniques of graphic design software and used it for my final piece.
