GOAL Design a fanzine and a t-shirt about a counter-culture movement
Having as a background the acid house revolution in Manchester, the title of this fanzine, “Are you happy?”, is inspired by the “Smile :)”, a symbol that emerged within this counterculture. Acid house emerged during the 1980s and the 1990s in Manchester, UK, which became known as “Madchester”.
