FLOOR PLAN
The planning solution of this apartment consists of three zones: near the entrance there is a public area with a living room and kitchen, behind it is the master bedroom with a bathroom and a wardrobe, and to the left is a children's area with a rest room and a children's bathroom.
The public area of the apartment consists of a living room and a kitchen, which is separated by a spacious bar counter. The volume of the hallway is hidden behind light wood panels and illuminated by hidden lighting. Opposite the soft zone of the living room there is a TV panel with a biofireplace.
The design of the master`s bedroom is built on a combination of wood, concrete, glass and brass elements of lamps. The translucent glass wall between the wardrobe and the bedroom help to increase visually the room, creating the effect of flowing spaces.
The entrance to the bathroom is organized from the master`s bedroom, next to the dressing room. The room itself consists of several zones: the washbasin zone to the left of the entrance, the bathroom zone in the niche behind the entrance, as well as the shower area and the san zone with a toilet, separated by a frosted glass partition from the main room.
In the boy`s room, light mint and white tones are used in combination with natural wood. Around the bed there is a soft area for games and relaxation. Spacious wardrobes around the room are diluted with openwork shelves and shelves for books and toys.
Between the children's rooms, is located a separate children's playroom, designed for board and computer games, reading books, playing music and other kinds of activities that children enjoy. Suspended chair was an accent of this room and a favorite place to spend time.
The girl`s room was made in light pink colors with the use of light wood and white glossy surfaces. A soft bed-podium combined with textile wall panels allowed not only to organize a place to sleep, but also to create a cozy place for games and relaxation.
