FLOOR PLAN
The architectural solution of the cottage is a one-story building with a terrace. The space of the public area with a living room and a dining room was made higher than other rooms, which allowed not only to obtain a good height of this area, but also to create accent elements on the facades of the building.
The modern form of the house is created by the laconic architecture with flat roofs and terraces, and using of natural materials such as wood, glass, stone and metal.
The facades of the cottage are made in a modern style with the use of materials that imitate natural wood and stone. The front glazing is oriented towards the inner courtyard, and the windows are organized in such a way that everything that happens inside the house is non visible from the street side.
In the center of the planning solution of the cottage is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, oriented to the terrace. At the back of the building is a private area with two bedrooms. Around the whole building is organized a spacious terrace on which oriented all rooms.
