Swamp
Personal project
Just a swamp scene. Dark, mysterious, dangerous and full of bloodthirsty creatures.
I used a bunch of photos to create it, some of the elements had to be painted.
Painting light was most challenging thing in this project, basically because I'm used to making high contrast, colorful pictures and in this case I wanted to do it in a completely different way.
It had to be subtle, dark and misty. It took me some time to drop the old habbits and explore some new techniques. Hope you like it!
