Illustration | Etching with Digital Coloring
'Blindness' is a personal illustration I made using etching technique. Later on, I decided to apply digital coloring to give it more visual richness and enhancement to the mood.
The concept of this piece came from the anxiety of being overwhelmed by the flood of information and substance dumped onto us by the modern society. We are getting access to more information, technology, products, opinions than ever, yet we also seems to feel more lost than ever and cannot see our way clearly. I took an enigmatic approach to the concept and came up with this illustration.
