Residential Design Project 

Designing the fascia of a 2 storey residential plot located in a city in Delhi NCR, the Salhotra family wanted exterior aesthetic that simply made a statement. Exaggerating the wide horizontal planes of the building with levels and faces treated with different materials, the balance is created by proposing a vertical fascia in grey running all the way down. The palette is an earthy one combining a deep grey, rubber wood and green that is seen more through vertical gardens and planers rather than in the building itself. The levels increase the sense of space, generating interest for the viewer.
