Educational Poster Zine
Meta/morph is an educational poster-zine which explains the process of metamorphosis for butterflies for my Visual Communication course. For the course, we were tasked to explore scientific processes or evolution and transform them into visual narratives. I challenged myself to think beyond common formats such as booklets and brochures for this project. The final print result is a double-sided, full-colored, 32 in by 40 in poster-zine that emulates the growing process during metamorphosis while the reader unfolds each section.
Bright colors were used for the zine's images to further highlight the colorful nature
of the metamorphosis process.
The sections of the zine were also color-coded to relay
how temperature affects the metamorphosis process.
