Posterous Content Generation Strategy
One of Fairmont's core brand is Authentically Local, to promote not only the hotel but more towards the surrounding the hotel's in. A strategy to create a blog that is filled by real Fairmont brand ambassadors - the staff.

Colleagues are encouraged to write a post that is authentic and something local that they have experienced first hand. The content is then further shared towards Twitter and Facebook, which provides an ease due to the China Firewall blockade in constant updating the social media sites.

I choose to go with Posterous for the ease of posting, that can easily be done via email complete with attachments of photo or video. This also enable me to effectively manage work scope.
An incentive program was also set in collaboration with Human Resources Department, the best post of the month will be rewarded with recognition.
Pre-launch the blog has garnered over 15,000 post views, 14 subscription and an overall of 3,036 site views.
