Odd of Sight, Odd of Mind

Odd of Sight, Odd of Mind
is a Final Year Design Exhibition held by the graduating students of BA in Graphic Communication Design and BA in Interactive Multimedia Design programmes at The Design School of Taylor’s University, Malaysia.

The name is a play on the proverb ‘out of sight, out of mind’, which is used to describe things that you soon forget when they are no longer visible or present. This is similar to the nature of design, where design is usually taken for granted. Our exhibition will be twisting these words and giving it a fun, new meaning. ‘Odd of Sight’ represents the strange ways that designers look at the world around us, while ‘Odd of Mind’ represents the strange ways our funny designer minds work. We see and think things differently.
