Before I came up with the final design, I went thru a few UX processes like research, by understanding their main target audience, type of personas.

After that, understanding the stakeholders' needs, I started doing the first wireframes to do the user test.

After the wireframe and user journey approved, I designed the look and feel of the website, based on the process I've done before by analyzing and researching.

Once the layout approved, I developed by using the WordPress system, from a basic template, where I could be able to customize according to the approved mockup.

For the customization, I needed to work with CSS, making the changes I needed that wasn't part of the WP template.
