Challenge
Working on an already developed brand with optimal illustrative graphics and a brand guide can be fun to work with. The only challenge we had to face was understanding the order process on the website and how it can be optimally fulfilled by customers trying to rent a BungoBox.
 
Results
Working on the data we obtained from the client, based on customer feedback, we were able to improve the interface and user experience for the online order processing system. The backend and secure application for franchisees were also redesigned for brand consistency and improved user interface.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Mockup Insights
Having too many options can hinder a good user experience. Often times it can be solved by simplifying the process. Instead of 10 steps, make it 3 steps. Payment processing, personal information and the like can also be optimal by agressively automating form field completions and validations. The easier the task, the better.
