Intel needed a visual presence at the Arizona State Emerge Conference. A couple banners weren’t going to
cut it. Incubate flexed their experience design muscles and came up with the idea of creating a traveling gallery to showcase science fiction as a source that inspires science fact. Called Design Fictions, this multimedia show was concepted and co-curated by Incubate, who brought together a talented team of illustrators, writers and fabricators to tell engaging and immersive stories. Helping to ground those stories as a root for future technologies, a library was included to give visitors a place to slow down and absorb, reflect or question the exhibit’s point of view. So successful, Intel’s Design Fictions will appear in a variety of cities around the United States.
