Brief/
TRUE is an urban clothing brand born in Medellín. Formerly True Love, it started as a fashion movement focused in spread love to everyone, no matter its gender, race or beliefs.
Challenge/
True is a fast growing company widely recognized for the usage of a thunderbolt as the brand icon, unfortunately there is a local sports brand that had already trademarked the thunderbolt and no one else in the clothing market can use it.
Solution/
True Love was facing some difficulties as they had no option but to make a brand redesign.
We knew it was a big challenge but also a great opportunity to make a local brand more global and ready for the international market.
We came up with the “All coloured flag” as the main brand concept, involving all kinds of young people.
Being “Street” and “Disruptive” are also brand DNA concepts that influenced each application we developed.
