Tom's Emporium Halloween Flyer

This project is a little different. I'm not proud of the quality, nor am I happy with the overall design. However, this is not a project about quality, this is a project of how I can work under pressure.

This project was given to me by my boss at my retail job. I was asked if I could "whip up" a flyer to advertise that we would be doing face painting, as the person responsible for the original was not responsive. I was given a laptop, with no design programs installed, and using a track pad rather than a mouse managed to create this piece using a free online program called Pixlr, which supports a very limited range of pre-installed typefaces as well as hosts many advertisements. 

Given that I was doing this while also serving customers, I managed to get this made in a little over an hour and give my boss a printable file. It served its purpose as an A5 flyer, and the company still has flyers to reuse next year.

There is so much I would change, and so much more I feel I am capable of, but as an example of my ability to work under inopportune circumstances I am very proud.
