ART BOOK "FARHAD MOSHIRI"

The Perrotin art gallery has entrusted us with the book printing of their iranian artist Farhad Moshiri, who's inspired by pop and conceptual art, comic and publicity, mixed with religious iconography and classic portraits. Materials used are diverse, creating an expressive and rich oeuvre, full of nuances.

There's been dialogue between the publication department of the gallery, photographers, the artist and us, and we find difficult to get on with the sharpness and colors that the artist expresses in his work; some of the red and orange tones are simply unattainable in the CMYK workspace. We were still in the last experimental phase of multichromy, but we proposed to try this innovative technology with the most problematic oeuvres... and 'eureka'! The depth and sharpness of the 20-micron stochastic weft and the printing RGB workspace solve the problem. We found the solution! The result is this book that we now show you:
