The craft beer scene of Japan emerged in the mid-1990's. Large-scale breweries dominated before this, but
that all changed in 1994 when the government drastically relaxed the law, enabling small-scale breweries like
ours to thrive. Since brewing our first beer in 1996, we went on to win numerous international competitions.
That lead us to exporting Bloom Brewery beer to the USA followed by many other countries.
The Inflorescense Collection continues our journey of brewing the best beer to enrich enthusiasts and beer amateurs alike.
