A Tiny Studio Apartment in Budapest

Interior Design
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our main aim in re-designing this 28 m2 flat was to find the optimal spatial distribution of each function. In order to separate daytime functions from nighttime use we designed a loft bed with dimensions that retain as much open space as possible in the living area. A minimalist design approach, combined with light colours, was used also to invoke a sense of spaciousness. We designed an easy-to-dismantle wooden grille to cover the bathroom piping. Because of its central location the apartment is currently offered for rent on Airbnb.
