This mixed-use development incorporating flats and ground floor business uses is the culmination of a detailed site investigation and feasibility study to determine the best use for this town-centre site. The brief was to replace a redundant public house with a new development to bring the site back into beneficial use and aid regeneration of the area. The curved frontage and close proximity to surrounding buildings led to the development of this innovative building form resulting in an excellent relationship with the nearby uses and a visually appealing addition to the area.
