Java Love is a large Kenyan company that uses local organic beans for tier roasts so that their coffee is sustainable.They want a new logo and packaging that looks like it belongs on the shelf while still embodying the Kenyan Spirit. They want their logo, disposable cup and bag designs to have an edgy personality and attract a young audience. The bold colour palette is inspired by the colourful dress of the indigenous tribes in Kenya in order to bring in the Kenyan spirit that the company wanted. This bold choice of colours makes them stand out from their competition and give the design a younger feel along with the clean lines of the font. A typeface with soft round edges and flowing graphic bring organic elements to the design. While the straight ends of the lines in the graphic on the cup and bag create contrast in the design, making it more visually interesting.
